01 — About Bizaur

Bizaur is a premium digital presence studio providing strategy, design, digital experience and related services. Specific project scope depends on the proposal, quotation, agreement or written confirmation.

02 — Using This Website

Use the website lawfully and responsibly. Do not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation/security, copy/misuse content without permission, or submit false/misleading information.

03 — Services

Website information describes services generally. A project may include strategy, copywriting, design, development, SEO, digital presence work, consulting or other services depending on agreed scope.

04 — Project Engagements

Before paid work begins, scope and commercial terms should be agreed, including deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revisions, client responsibilities, approvals and support/maintenance where applicable.

05 — Client Responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information, materials, approvals and access reasonably required, and ensure supplied materials may legally be used.

06 — Payments

Fees, schedules and applicable taxes are communicated before paid engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, work may begin after required initial payment. Cancellation/refund/rescheduling terms are defined in the relevant agreement/proposal.

07 — Revisions & Approvals

Revision limits depend on agreed scope. Client feedback/approvals should be timely. Out-of-scope changes may require additional fees or revised timelines.

08 — Intellectual Property

Bizaur retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, processes, systems, templates, concepts and internal tools unless otherwise agreed. Final deliverable ownership/licensing is determined by the applicable agreement and payment status. Completed work may be shown in Bizaur's portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

09 — Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, software, APIs, hosting, payments, booking, analytics or other technologies. Bizaur is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.

10 — Website & Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but website content may change and is provided for general informational purposes.

11 — Aura Audit™

Aura Audit™ provides observations and practical direction regarding digital presence. It does not guarantee specific commercial, SEO, traffic, revenue, booking or conversion results.

12 — Results

Digital performance depends on market conditions, competition, customer behaviour, algorithms, advertising platforms, operations and implementation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

13 — Third-Party Links

Bizaur does not control or accept responsibility for third-party website content, security, availability or privacy practices.

14 — Availability

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, upgrades or operations.

15 — Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bizaur is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses. Project liability is governed by the applicable agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16 — Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims/losses arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement through materials/information you provide.

17 — Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published with a revised date.

18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable agreement or, absent one, courts in New Delhi, India.
